Just got home from a very interesting wedding heh. It was out at their house on the countryside in the middle of nowhere. Then dinner with real midsummer food such as herring, potatoes, meatballs and all that together with cider, beer and of course the typical and famous swedish snaps. Random driving, dancing, cheering, celebrating. Dinner; wine and wonderful meat and potatoes, he had freaking WHOLE pigs and cows that he carwed and made small pieces of.. Then the party began. Oh my god it backslode. I doubt there was a single person (except the really young kids) who was sober. Parents giving you free drinks, running around. Gosh. One thing has to be said, if you ever go to Sweden, make sure you’re experiencing a real and true midsummer celebration, it’s freaking crazy.
